As part of NewVue’s economic and community development work, we help transform neighborhoods by taking vacant and blighted properties and turning them into vibrant, affordable places that families can call home.

We take our expertise and focus on neighborhoods where the private markets are hesitant to invest. We revitalize neighborhoods by rebuilding, restoring pride and providing safe places where people will choose to live, where businesses will want to locate and neighbors will visit.

Buoyed by a new sense of pride and community, these neighborhoods become home.
