Housing Development
NewVue Communities believes that having a safe, healthy, affordable home is a great foundation for a good life, a strong neighborhood and a vibrant city.
We help transform neighborhoods by taking the worst properties in the area and transforming them from vacant buildings and liabilities into housing: both affordable and market rate and both apartments and ownership homes.
We build some commercial properties as well.
A great neighborhood is not just a place, but a place we call home: with people, houses, schools, jobs, parks, and a complex web of values and cultures that makes the place itself unique.
We focus on those neighborhoods where the private markets won’t invest, and where government doesn’t have the expertise.
We rebuild neighborhoods by helping to make them places where people will choose to live and businesses will want to locate.
Over the past ten years we have built apartments and homes.
You can help us build our next project:
Main Street, Fitchburg.
The three building campus will help bring the creative economy back to Main Street in Fitchburg. Saima Hall, Fitchburg: We are upgrading this building by adding three new apartments and improving life and safety features such as sprinklers and accessibility. This project will start in February 2016.
