In partnership with Worcester Community Housing Resources, this loan program offers low rates and access to funds for those generally unable to obtain them for emergency repairs, maintenance, structural improvements, major system repairs or upgrades, roof replacement or repairs, sewage systems, and code violation corrections and MORE.
