Post Loan Modification Coaching

Did you wok with one of our HUD Certified Housing Counselors and are you the recipient of a successful loan modification? If so, we are here to help you with moving forward.

Our goal is to help you gain access to and enhance your knowledge of things related to finances and homeownership.

Some of what our counselors can work with you on is:

• Reviewing the reasons for your hardship and your mortgage modification terms.
• Budgeting – hoe to set a monthly spending plan you can stick to and pay all of your necessities with.
• Goal setting and how to successfully use goals to work on your financial future.
• Credit and how to work on rebuilding your credit.
