First-Time HomeBuyer Education Class. February 26, 27, & 28. 5:30 to 8:30 PM. Mount Wachusett Community College. The fee for the class is $50. During the 3 sessions you will have the opportunity to learn about the process from a team of staff and guest speakers including a vendor, realtor, attorney, and home inspector. Classes are MassHousing, CHAPA, and HUD approved. Participants MUST attend all 3 CLASSES.
