At NewVue, we are here to help YOU navigate the homebuying process as we believe that Information enables and Guidance empowers.

Over the past 10 years, we have helped thousands just like YOU achieve the American Dream through our First-Time Homebuyer Education Classes.

Classes are offered both in-person and online to accommodate your learning style.

Homebuyer education classes are a total of 9 hours held on a monthly basis. During the 3 sessions you will have the opportunity to learn about the process from a team of staff and guest speakers including a lender, realtor, attorney, and home inspector.  At the conclusion of the classes, you will receive a Completion Certificate. The in person classes are $50 per household. Classes are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm, twice a month, once in Fitchburg and once in Gardner.  Please check the register for a class page for details.

Online homebuyer education gives you the opportunity to complete the class at your convenience and as your schedule allows. Upon completion of the on-line portion of the class, which generally takes 6-8 hours to complete, a one-hour in-person session will need to be completed to receive your Completion Certificate. The on-line classes are $100 per household.

To take the online course you will need to fill out the attached intake form and make the $100 payment.  As soon as we have both the intake form and the payment we will then send you the information that is needed to start the online homebuyer education class.

You will also get to hear from a Lender and how all of the mortgage processes work in regards to buying a home.

Day Two of the course brings with it three field professionals to tell you how they are a part of the process. You will hear a Real Estate Agent talk about what it’s like to go out searching for homes and how they will work through all of that with you. A Real Estate Attorney will tell you the basics of what you need to know in regards to the legal aspects of buying a home, of which there are many. Lastly a Home Inspector will tell why it is important to have a home inspection and what exactly that process entails.
