We believe in not just housing, but in homes, a place to call our own. A great place to call home takes an investment in people and place. Our affordable housing project help families, neighborhoods and the broader community. We currently have 181 rental units in 11 properties with two more currently in construction; one in Fitchburg and one in Athol.

NewVue Communities takes on the real estate development projects where the private market doesn’t work. We redevelop those problem properties into housing for working families.
