Building stronger communities together.
Help With a Home
Are you a first-time homebuyer? Participating in housing education and counseling is essential to sustainable homeownership. At NewVue, our certified counselors can assist, whether you’re purchasing your first home or maintaining and preserving your current residence. Concerned about losing your home or the apartment you rent? We can help.
Small Business
NewVue Communities’ small business team can assist with your small business plan and budget. We are committed to community development and prosperity, and we work with all types of small businesses (those with 20 employees or fewer) — from farms and groceries to artists, accountants, and restaurants. Small business is the heart and soul of our economy. Many people come to this country with a vision of owning a business. You may already own a business and want it to grow. We are flexible in our approach, as we work with each small business client.
Community Engagement
Residents lead NewVue Communities. We believe you, the people of North Central Massachusetts, know best about improving your lives and neighborhoods. We provide the resources, tools, and expertise to help you realize your community vision. Our staff, board members, and volunteers connect personally with residents – whom we call Stewards – to cultivate a network of leaders empowered to initiate action and drive change.

Our Beginning in 1979
Founded in 1979, and at the time called Cleghorn Neighborhood Development Corporation, we have since evolved from serving one neighborhood to the twin cities of Fitchburg and Leominster and now we serve 22 towns in the North Central Region.
What has not changed about NewVue Communities over the past 45 years is our commitment to harnessing the voice, energy, and strength of the community for meaningful and sustainable change.
